LoadGen Director Run as Profiles, which are your credentials you need to log in to your machine.
You are able to Add, Delete, Clone or Delete a Profile. If a password has changed this is the place to change it.
Workgroup / local machine connection
If you want to connect to a machine with a local administrator you need to perform the following actions:
- Check the checkbox for Workgroup / local machine.
- Add a Name for your Run as Profile.
- Add the Username (this must be an account with local administrator rights).
- Add the Password.
- In the Domain field, you can add a dot -- . --.
Connecting to a member of the Active Directory domain
If you want to connect to a machine that is a member of the Active Directory domain you need to perform the following actions:
- Uncheck the checkbox for Workgroup / local machine.
- Add a Name for your Run as Profile.
- Add the Username (this must be an account with local administrator rights).
- Add the Password.
- In the Domain field, you can add the NetBIOS domain name.
- In the Domain (DNS) field enter the FQDN of the domain.
- In the Domain Controller (FQDN) field enter the FQDN of a Domain Controller.
