Second, and following Citrix Sessions keeps giving message Initializing or Connected

Problem

When you start a load test the first Citrix session is successfully launched in the LoadGen Agent, but every other session will show the message Intializing or Connected without showing you the actual Citrix session. This is a result of the local policies on the LoadGen Agent. The Citrix Workspace App is installed with the SSO (single sign-on) option or enabled SSO policies.

Solution

Solution: Please check your Domain Policies or Local Policies.
  1. Open the Policy Editor;
  2. Find the Policy which affects the LoadGen Agent;
  3. Go to Computer Configuration;
  4. Administrative Templates;
  5. Citrix Components;
  6. Citrix Receiver;
  7. User Authentication;
  8. Make sure the policy Local user name and password is disabled.
