Run test results in a LoadGen Agent version check did not succeed

When running a test you may receive the following error: LoadGen Agent version check did not succeed. This means the LoadGen Agent cannot be contacted or the LoadGen Agent cannot connect to the LoadGen Director. Please check the following possible issues:
  1. Check the firewalls between the LoadGen Director and the LoadGen Agents, and read more about which ports LoadGen uses in this article.
  2. Make sure you can ping the LoadGen Agents from the LoadGen Director machine on the name as well as on the IP address.
  3. Make sure you can ping the LoadGen Director machine from each of your LoadGen Agents on the name as well as on the IP address.
