Test users are the users which actually execute the monitoring sessions. If a monitoring session starts it will build up a session to the Target Environment with the connected Test user.
Create a new Test user
- Press the Create new Test user button.
- In the Create new Test user section, provide the following information:
- The username of the account is a local administrator of the Agent machine.
- The password of the account.
- A domain, if necessary, if this is a local account, you can leave this field empty.
Create new Test users with a CSV file
- Press the Create new Test user button.
- In the Create new Test user section, select the Import users from a .csv file and provide the following information:
- Choose the CSV file.

Upload the CSV file.
Edit a Test user
To edit a Test user, you can click the gearbox icon in the first column of the main page of the Test user.
