When you start a load test the Citrix Sessions keeps giving a message Unsupported function.
When the LoadGen Agent will log on to the desktop user it's possible that the Citrix processes are started in a normal context. LoadGen will start the Citrix processes in elevated context, which results in a conflicting state between the different Citrix processes.
- Open the Task Manager.
- Go to Startup.
- Find all the Citrix processes.
- Right mouseclick the Citrix process and press Disable.
Windows Server and Windows 10 multi-user
- Open the Registry Editor.
- Remove the Citrix items from the following locations:
