When running a test, the test seem to hang at "All users have been initiated"

Issue

When running a test, the test seem to hang at "All users have been initiated. Waiting for them to finish.". After this message you will receive a user in progress message every 5 seconds.

Solution

Most likely this issue is caused because there is no active session at the LoadGen Agent. We need an active session to either launch the sessions or running the workload (in case of a FAT / local client test). To make sure there is an active session when starting a test or a monitoring session make sure you set the checkbox of the Login/Unlock Agent before each session option to true.

  1. In the LoadGen Director, go to the Tools tab page.
  2. Open the LoadGen Options settings.
  3. Go to the LoadBot settings tab page.
  4. Check the Login/Unlock Agent before each session.
