Add Citrix, Microsoft and VMware support for LoadGen Functional & Automated Testing

In LoadGen 5.0 we only support Fat Client (Windows 7 and higher and Windows Server 2008 R2 and higher).

We are collecting votes; if you are interested in a LoadGen Functional & Automated Testing for Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft Azure RemoteApp and VMware Horizon.
