New Features

• We are proud to release our new benchmarking user actions (read more about this feature in this article):
  • Measure CPU Performance: Calculate x times the y th power of n. This action will benchmark your CPU performance of a Virtual Machine, VDI, or hosted desktop.
  • Measure IO Performance: This function will create x files based on a y size, then you can either read these files or remove them. This action will benchmark your IO performance of a Virtual Machine, VDI, or hosted desktop.
  • Gather System Information: This action will send your Virtual Machine, VDI, or hosted desktop system information to the database.
• From this release, it is possible to set a variable based on a filter in a data source. So if you have a sheet with multiple columns you create a filter, return an item of a particular column and store this in a variable. You can reuse the variable to retrieve the information of a specific column of the selected - filtered - row based on the variable content. Read more about this feature in this article.
• You can now add command-line options/parameters to the Start Process user action.
• We added the following folder and file user actions:
  • Copy a folder or file.
  • Create a folder or file.
  • Delete a folder or file.
  • Check if a folder or a file exists.
  • Move a folder or file.

• In this build, we have added a lot of improvements and bug fixes.
• The login routine to the LoadGen Cloud is completely improved.

LoadGen Director

• Fixed an issue where you can save a canvas without an active test file.
