Run your test tab shows you the Test overview dashboard. Here you can Start, Pause and Stop your test.
When a test is running you will see your System messages, and user status and see the overview of successful and failed measurements and applications.

Pause
Pressing the pause button will pause starting new user sessions. It will not pause the actual user sessions which are running already. After resuming the test the sessions will be started based on your Load Scenario.
