• Fixed PM load-test relative time being off by timezone offset
• Fixed license available and select endpoints rejecting empty request body (now falls back to stored server-side credentials)
• Fixed PM data stopping permanently after TCP connection drop with automatic reconnection and counter replay
• Improved SignalR broadcast catching all state changes
