Fixed Services tab status banner placement — error and success messages (such as "InfluxDB is not running") now appear at the top of the tab so they are immediately visible without scrolling past the services grid
Fixed Services tab "Setup" button on the InfluxDB card to only appear when InfluxDB is running; when stopped, an inline amber warning now points users to Optional Services
Fixed Services tab URL display so relative paths no longer visually bleed into the "Configure Domain" link; relative paths render as muted italic text with the configure action on its own line
