• Appliance-local support ticket history: the LoadGen UI can now list previously submitted support tickets, refresh their tracking status, re-download the original markdown bundle, and round-trip a "Fixed / Not Fixed" note - all without depending on the operator's browser cache. Ticket history is stored on the appliance, so it survives browser reinstalls and operator changes.
