[#8528] Fixed "Run Test" failing on a fresh appliance with No datasource configured. Either set a datasource on the load profile or activate one globally, even when one healthy InfluxDB datasource was provisioned. When exactly one Load and Performance datasource is configured, it is now auto-promoted as the bootstrap fallback. When the bootstrap genuinely cannot resolve a datasource, the failure message now lists every configured datasource by name so the operator can pick the right one. As a related fix, a test that fails very quickly during initialization no longer leaves the "preparing your test" page hanging indefinitely.
