[#8530] Fixed the Create Support Ticket modal failing with "Could not reach the LoadGen support service. Check your network connection and try again." whenever the title or filename contained typographic punctuation (curly quotes, em-dash, accented characters, etc.); non-ASCII characters in the request headers are now safely sanitised, the original Unicode title is preserved verbatim in the markdown body, and the catch path now shows the actual cause instead of a misleading network error
[#8530] Fixed the SCENARIO column on the Load Profiles page always showing "-" even when a scenario was connected; the page now reads the active scenario name from the same per-row background fetch that already powers the USERS / AGENTS columns and exposes it as a clickable link to the scenario
[#8468] Audit-trail close on the long-running "Where do I put my PowerShell script?" report (the actual UI improvement shipped in build 11838: the inline "+ Create new script" panel now auto-expands when the wizard lands on PowerShell with no managed scripts authored yet, so the Monaco editor and drag-and-drop file picker are visible immediately)
