  • License Cloud Recovery on the License Lockout screens — when an appliance is parked on the standalone "License Required" or "License Refresh Required" page, operators can now recover directly from that page: try saved LoadGen Cloud credentials, fall back to manual sign-in, save credentials for future automatic refresh, list available cloud licenses and bind one before refreshing — without first finding their way back into the licensed app
  • Operations → LoadGen Tickets page — operators can now browse the support tickets this appliance has filed with LoadGen, with a date-range filter (last 30 days by default plus 7d/30d/90d/All quick-pick chips), Active/Resolved/Closed/Removed status chips, free-text title or tracking-id search, and per-row actions (Refresh status, Open work item, Mark as fixed, Mark as not fixed, Edit local note, Re-download .md)
  • Mark as Fixed / Mark as Not Fixed — both round-trip flows open a shared confirmation modal with a required customer comment (10–4000 chars) and an optional drag-and-drop screenshot, then post to the LoadGen support service so the upstream work item picks up the customer's verification result without leaving the appliance
  • Server-side Ticket History Catalogue — every successful Send-to-Support upload now mirrors metadata and the original markdown body to a LoadGen-hosted catalogue so operators can re-download exactly what reached LoadGen support, with automatic retries so transient outages never silently lose a record. Screenshots remain as attachments on the upstream work item; only metadata and markdown are mirrored. The page renders an empty list until LoadGen ships the supporting backend
  • Replaced the legacy License documentation link on lockout screens with a direct link to the LoadGen support portal
