[#8546] Fixed Webrecorder load tests still failing with Script content empty for ! and "COULD NOT FIND INTERFACE!" when the Webrecorder script was attached at the load-profile level rather than per user. The API now falls back to the load profile's recorded script when no per-user script is set, and the "script content empty" diagnostic now prints both the per-user and profile-level paths so any future reports name the missing field directly.
[#8546] Fixed a spurious Phase 0: CRITICAL — N users/block/agent vs 0 session streams. Sessions WILL be lost. warning that was raised for healthy LoadBots that contained only Core agents. Core-agent capacity is now included in the phase planner's stream calculation, so the warning fires only when capacity is genuinely insufficient.
[#8547] Added support for importing a LoadGen support ticket that was originally created on a different machine. The history record's markdown body is now optional, so the new "Import existing ticket" flow can resolve the ticket metadata and degrade gracefully when the original markdown attachment is no longer available — list and detail views still work, and the re-download action is safely skipped for that ticket.
