[#8625] Fixed the Appliance Docker tab's Update All button crashing the page on click. The browser would flash "Connection Lost — Reconnecting…", the upgrade never reached the API, and the appliance was left unupdated. Update All now starts the upgrade normally.
Hardened a Blazor JavaScript hook that started throwing a console error after a recent .NET runtime patch tightened the available API surface; the page no longer logs the spurious error on load.
Fixed the Frontend container's internal health check so the container reports healthy after restart instead of staying in an (unhealthy) badge state.
Frontend runtime upgrades are now deliberate and controlled, so the runtime version stays consistent across appliance updates instead of changing silently.
