Fixed SSO sign-in buttons missing from the appliance login page (a short-lived regression from the change that hides SSO on Windows-local installations); the detection now works on every page, including the login page itself.
Fixed stray "else" text fragments rendering inside the SSO provider Group-to-role mapping help section.
