LoadGen Appliance

• HTTPS / Let's Encrypt DNS-01 validation. Fixed DNS-01 certificate issuance silently falling back to HTTP-01 and failing with an NXDOMAIN looking up A error. The appliance now passes the DNS-01 challenge type and provider credentials to the certificate service in the format it expects (Cloudflare and Route 53 supported), and appliances configured for DNS-01 before this release self-heal automatically on the next agent restart. No operator action is required.
