LoadGen Appliance

• .NET 10 appliance agent — startup and in-place upgrade. Following the platform's move to .NET 10, the appliance agent now ships self-contained with its own runtime so it launches correctly on .NET 10 appliances. The agent's normal update flow now carries that runtime with it, so already-deployed appliances — including air-gapped ones still on the previous runtime — upgrade in place with no host runtime install and no internet access required.
