The Update All modal no longer reports a false "Lost connection" failure when an update has actually succeeded. It now waits patiently while the appliance API restarts — showing "The appliance API is restarting as part of the update. Waiting for it to come back…" — and only reports a problem if it genuinely can't reach the API for several minutes, with wording that makes clear the update may still be running (and to check the Jobs tab for its real status).
The Running view now shows a five-stage stepper (Agent → Resume → Pull → Restart → Verify) and a live update log that streams progress while the update runs.
An update that finds everything already current now says so explicitly ("Everything is already up to date") instead of looking like it did nothing.
