LoadGen Appliance

• Self-update no longer rolls back a healthy but slow-starting agent. Fixed the appliance self-update rolling back a healthy new agent that simply took longer than the previous 60-second window to finish starting (migration-heavy startups can need more time before the agent begins serving). The health check now waits up to 5 minutes, still fails fast within seconds if the agent actually crashes, and logs its progress and the time-to-healthy so a slow start reads as a slow start. Requires an Appliance Agent redeploy.
