[#9365] On the Launcher Appliance Windows tab, each action's result — for Agents, Client software, guest hostname/password, Windows activation, and Settings template — now appears inside its own card, right next to the button you used, instead of only in a banner at the top of the tab. You no longer have to scroll back up to see whether an action in a lower card succeeded.
[#9368] On the Launcher Appliance detail page's Windows tab, the amber "action needed" chip now also shows a visible banner explaining what to do (the Windows Full Agent isn't answering yet — install or start it from the Agents card, then Refresh), instead of hiding the explanation in a hover-only tooltip.
