Release LoadGen FrontEnd: 1.0.0.12239

LoadGen FrontEnd

This is a large release. The biggest change is a rebuilt, consistent update experience across the appliance Updates tab and Settings → Software Updates, alongside a broad batch of Launcher Appliance, Windows-guest, Insight, SessionSight, and Service Levels improvements.

  • [#9469] Rebuilt, consistent update experience — the appliance Updates tab and Settings → Software Updates are rebuilt into one consistent, tile-based layout driven by release sets. This resolves a set of update problems reported live: "Update all to selected set" now actually applies the update instead of only stocking the archive and stopping; confirmation buttons no longer read as dead (and can't be double-clicked into running twice) during a slow action; release information now appears as soon as the feed loads instead of only after a page reload; and archive lists are ordered by build with the "checked … ago" state distinguishing "no set published" from "not yet checked".
  • [#9470] The Launcher Appliance detail page's Updates tab is unified into the same consistent, source-grouped tiles.
  • [#9468] Docker tab is now status-and-management only — the appliance Docker tab no longer carries component-update actions (which lived in three different places); it now shows container status with Restart/Disable, while component updates live on the Updates tab and Update All.
  • [#9430] In the Update Center, the Appliance Agent build field is now a dropdown (like the other three component fields) instead of free text.
  • [#9432] The appliance Updates tab now auto-refreshes after Update OS packages and shows a clear reboot-required message, instead of looking like nothing happened until a manual reboot.
  • [#9452] A release announcement in the notification bell now opens the correct release notes from its "View release notes" button, instead of always pointing at the same page.
  • [#9439] Resize an existing Windows guest — a Launcher Appliance's Windows guest can now have its RAM, CPU, and disk resized in place, instead of only being destroyed and recreated from scratch.
  • [#9433] A Windows guest whose VM disk was enlarged before first boot now auto-detects the larger disk, instead of requiring a manual "Extend Filesystem" on the Disk tab.
  • [#9454] "Save this config as a template…" on a Windows guest now captures the guest's actual installed-software and Windows activation state, instead of a stale or default snapshot.
  • [#9458] Appliance Profiles are now surfaced on the appliance's own detail page, not only via Fleet Readiness, so a hand-configured appliance's profile is discoverable where you manage it.
  • [#9459] Fleet Readiness now shows a consistent Preflight result — a column no longer reads "not checked" while the appliance's own detail page shows "Preflight: passed".
  • [#9456] Fixed a Fleet Readiness agent row whose amber background didn't match the "0 drifted" summary counters; the row colour and counters now agree.
  • [#9455] On Fleet Readiness, the "End maintenance" button no longer looks disabled while an appliance is in maintenance (it was clickable and worked); it now reads as enabled.
  • [#9464] Core Agents no longer show a misleading "No credential profile" line — a Core Agent doesn't use a Windows Run-As identity, so the credential state that applies to a Full Agent isn't shown for it.
  • [#9428] Deleting a Launcher Appliance no longer leaves an orphaned, undeletable Windows Run-As profile behind; the managed profile is cleaned up with the appliance.
  • [#9310] Extended the Full Agent credential-status indicator to Core Agents: a Core Agent with no (or an unresolvable) credential profile now shows an amber status line, and the Edit Core Agent dialog can assign one.
  • [#9424] / [#9443] / [#9447] Replaced the native browser popups on a Launcher Appliance's Windows tab with the app's styled dialogs — for Save config as a template, the Windows guest Reboot, and the guest hostname rename (Apply).
  • [#9414] On the Enroll appliances wizard's Addresses step, the relationship between the Paste many box and the row table below it is now clear.
  • [#9429] Fixed the Launcher Appliances list layout on 13-inch Mac displays.
  • [#9478] The Insight Data Health page now explains itself in plain language instead of a raw "501" message, stops repeatedly polling an endpoint it has been told is unavailable, distinguishes "no machine group selected" from "feature unavailable", and its Insight-overview links no longer bounce you straight back.
  • [#9476] Remote Insight agent install improvements: the WinRM setup guidance is now readable (instead of collapsed into one line), the copy button works on the appliance, remote install from the appliance is now supported (with real transfer progress), and an unsupported response is explained rather than shown as a raw error.
  • [#9477] The notification bell now visually distinguishes read from unread notifications and no longer keeps showing dismissed ones, so dismissing a notification works as expected.
  • [#9436] SessionSight Replay now loads its session list much faster.
  • [#9437] Fixed SessionSight session replay failing to load with "An error occurred" on large recordings.
  • [#9440] Fixed the SessionSight Replay progress bar and play buttons being hidden underneath the replay form.
  • [#9466] Fixed being unable to select a newly created SessionSight tenant and container when configuring API keys.
  • [#9465] Clarified SessionSight retention days so it's clear where retention is set for a tenant and its containers.
  • [#9449] Fixed the Timezone picker when adding a SessionSight container missing the daylight-saving option for the Netherlands.
  • [#9480] A timezone can now be chosen when creating or editing a Service Levels service (the picker was missing).
  • [#9482] Added the timezone picker to the Create business-hours policy dialog in Service Levels.
  • [#9481] Clarified the Create/Edit objective dialog in Service Levels when the source type is Uptime.
  • [#9483] Adding a Service Levels datasource no longer fails with a raw 422 error; the dialog now handles it with a clear message.
  • [#9471] Fixed being unable to enumerate applications from Citrix StoreFront / PNAgent when configuring a Citrix Enhanced load profile.
  • [#9434] Fixed the Scenario Timeline legend on the New Load Profile wizard reading a confusing "0m 0m 0m".
  • [#9435] Fixed the gray "Updated …" footer bar on a Monitoring → Profiles card being misaligned when a profile has no description.
