Release LoadGen Api, Appliance and MCP Server: 1.0.0.12265

LoadGen General

  • No general changes in this release.

LoadGen Api

  • API — clearer responses for Web/Core test users. Setting a Web or Core load-test user's profile through the classic user endpoints now returns a clear message pointing at the correct write path (Web/Core users live in a separate pool from classic Citrix/RDS/VMware users), instead of silently succeeding without writing or returning a bare "not found". Read responses also now indicate which pool a profile's users come from.

LoadGen Appliance

  • [#9521] Fixed the appliance Debug tab (follow-up): the file list could stop returning entirely — so it read "No debug files found" even with logs present — and a log download could return a truncated file if the log rotated during the transfer. The list now always returns within a time budget, and a download is served from a single handle so it can't be cut short by a rotation.
  • [#9523] Fixed the appliance Update pre-flight incorrectly flagging every container for restart even when the appliance was already on the selected release set (a version-format comparison bug). Components already on the requested build are no longer shown as needing a restart.
  • Update-all now checks for disk space first. An appliance update that wouldn't fit on disk is now refused up front with an actionable message — for example, that the virtual disk was enlarged but the filesystem was never grown into it — instead of running the disk out of space part-way through the download.
  • License file is now written safely. A full disk can no longer destroy the appliance's license file (which previously surfaced as a misleading "License Required" page). The license is written atomically with a retained backup, and a save that can't complete leaves the existing license intact.

LoadGen Launcher Appliance

  • [#9413] Fixed the remote-enrollment pre-flight showing a misleading two-cause guess when an appliance refused pairing; it now relays the appliance's real reason (for example, that the appliance was already claimed and its pairing token is spent — pair it from its console or redeploy it).
  • [#9533] Fixed the Windows tab's "Installed software & agents" inventory card getting permanently stuck on "Could not read the guest inventory (it may still be booting or busy)" on a healthy, running guest. The guest command is now delivered reliably regardless of its length.

LoadGen MCP Server

  • No MCP Server changes in this release.
