New Counter Units page — a new Configuration → Counter Units page lets you declare the unit for each performance counter (or mark it "not declared"), so reports and charts no longer have to guess a counter's unit. A new Machine role column on a SUT profile's machines table lets you declare each machine's role; both feed the LoadGen Score's Infrastructure component.
[#8470] The Uptime WHOIS check wizard now has an optional WHOIS server field, so you can point a WHOIS check at a specific registry server; leaving it blank uses the default referral lookup.
[#8486]SessionSight — "No visitors": the segment picker is now operable (it previously closed before your click registered), self-tracking retries instead of silently giving up after a single failure, and the empty state now names the real cause (nothing tracked yet vs. filters that matched nothing) and points at the tracker and configuration settings.
[#8488]SessionSight replay now correctly reports when a container has captured no data, instead of saying "No sessions match the current filters" — so a freshly configured container isn't mistaken for a filtering problem.
[#8489]SessionSight heatmaps now default to showing all viewports (with an All option), so heatmap data captured under any viewport — including older, untagged data — is visible instead of hidden behind a Desktop-only filter.
[#9536] Fixed the Active test Live Event Stream Detail column showing a bare "[]" and the User Fleet Last Message being blank; the Detail now falls back to the transaction context, and a new Transaction column shows which transaction each user is in.
[#9399] Fixed a load profile's per-user Agent field showing the wrong agent when you reopen the profile to edit it — the dropdown now shows the saved agent once its options have loaded. This was the root cause behind earlier reports that the assignment "reverted on reopen".
[#9532] Saving an existing load profile that has no agent assigned no longer fails on the last wizard step, and profile-save error messages no longer include internal API routes; the Users & Agents step now notes up front that an agentless profile can be saved but can't start a test.
[#9535]Bulk-editing (and single-editing) a user's Domain now actually saves, instead of silently reporting success while writing nothing.
The Edit User dialog now saves CyberArk changes — the CyberArk account name, safe, and turning CyberArk on or off — which were previously discarded on save.
[#9534] A Launcher Appliance reboot no longer shows a contradictory "Restart failed" message beside "Appliance is back online"; the Restart Core Agent button is disabled while a reboot is being watched.
[#9525] Fixed the Windows Full Agent version reading "Unknown" on the Launcher Appliance Updates tab while the appliances overview showed the correct version; the tile now reads the same live source as the overview when the guest inventory has no version.
[#9521] When an appliance can't list its debug files (or its Backups, Jobs, Users, or Network data), the tab now shows a clear error with a Retry action instead of a misleading empty message such as "No debug files found".
[#9531] Installing one browser on a Launcher Appliance no longer shows "Working on it…" across all four browser tiles; only the tile actually installing shows as busy.
[#9529] Fixed the Docker tab's InfluxDB card wrongly showing "Datasources: 0 — Create default datasources" even when InfluxDB already had datasources configured (it was reading Grafana's count); it now shows the InfluxDB organization and a neutral link to manage datasources under Services.
[#9523] Update version numbers are now shown in a consistent full format (for example, no longer mixing "12252" and "1.0.0.12257" for the same component's before/after values).
[#9528] Made the Install / update buttons on the Launcher Appliance Windows tab's Agents card consistent — the Full Agent and Insight Agent buttons now share the same style.
[#9188] Fixed a LoadGen Studio "Edit profile" link opening a browser 404 for a load profile whose name contains a "/"; such profiles now open the correct edit wizard.
