Review uptime incidents and alerts

Review uptime incidents and alerts

Overview

Use the Uptime pages to review incident history, alert status, and current service health from the dashboard.

Before you begin

  • Uptime checks have produced events.

Steps

Step 1

Open Uptime Incidents. Use Check, Status, From Date, and To Date to narrow the incident list, then select Apply. Review Check Name, Failure Reason, Start Time, End Time, Duration, Resolution, and Status. Incidents open automatically when a check fails and resolve automatically when it recovers; you can also resolve them manually. Verify the result

You can see incident history on Incidents, alert state on Uptime Alerts, and current health totals and check cards on the Uptime Monitoring Dashboard.

Troubleshooting

  • If expected incidents are not shown, set Check to All Checks, Status to All, clear From Date and To Date, then select Apply or Clear.
  • If the alerts page shows No alerts, check the summary cards for Active, Acknowledged, Resolved, and Total (24h) to confirm whether any alerts exist for the selected filters.
  • If dashboard totals do not match the incidents or alerts you expect, adjust Last 24 Hours, All Environments, and All Service Types, then select Refresh.
  • If a specific check is hard to find, use Search by check name... on Uptime Alerts or the dashboard search field to filter by the check name.
  • If incidents appear for planned downtime, schedule a maintenance window so the checks are paused during the work. See Uptime Monitoring: Maintenance.
