API, MCP Server and Appliance release notes: sign in to read them
The release notes for the LoadGen API, the LoadGen MCP Server and the LoadGen Appliance are available to LoadGen customers. Every shipped build is listed with its new features, enhancements and fixes, so you can see what changed before you update an appliance or an integration.
Who can read them
Anyone with a LoadGen Cloud account: the account you use for cloud licensing, or the account that was created with your trial.
How to open them
- Click Sign in at the top right of this page, or use the Help link inside the LoadGen Platform.
- Choose Sign in with SSO and sign in with your LoadGen Cloud account. You return to this section automatically, and the release notes appear in the list below this article.
You stay signed in for later visits, so this is a one-time step per browser.

Contact LoadGen Support through a ticket or at support@loadgen.com and mention the organisation your licence is registered to. Release notes for the LoadGen FrontEnd, LoadGen Suite, LoadGen Cloud and the LoadGen Insight Agent do not require signing in.
