Buy from the appliance - every signed-in account can buy a licence for this appliance from the licence page's new Buy tab, from Buy on a module's page, or from a Home promo card. The picker shows the products, tiers, quantities and periods with their prices in euros excluding VAT, and names the appliance the licence is bound to. Continue to payment opens Stripe's own payment page. When the browser comes back, a banner says what happened: "Activated: " with its units and end date, "N credits added", "Nothing was charged." for a cancelled checkout, or "Payment received, but it has not reached this appliance yet" with a reference for LoadGen Support. Licence managers get Manage subscription and invoices. Buying also works while the licence is missing or expired. Nothing is offered on an appliance that cannot buy (offline mode, no LoadGen Cloud account, or a header connected to another appliance's API), and those pages look exactly as before.
LoadGen AI card - Settings > AI Providers opens with a LoadGen AI card: the licence state, the AI Credits balance, low and empty warnings, the credit packs with Buy, and the tier and effort of the provisioned LoadGen AI profile. A licence manager on an appliance without a stored LoadGen Cloud account is asked to connect it. With no AI provider at all, the Ask AI panel offers LoadGen AI as the option that needs no key.
Hypervisor Connections - a new page under Configuration > Hypervisor Connections for VMware vCenter, standalone ESXi, and Nutanix Prism Central or Prism Element. Test shows the product version, hosts and clusters, and whether real-time statistics are available. An untrusted certificate can be trusted for that one connection. Browse counters lists what a host offers. On a SUT profile, Import hosts adds hypervisor hosts from the inventory, preselecting the hosts that carry the profile's machines. A coverage banner shows how many of those hosts are declared, and the Collected by column shows when each host last delivered a sample. The LoadGen Score shows the Hypervisor component with each host's limiting resource. Test Analysis gains a density read-out: sessions at good experience, the hosts carrying them, sessions per host, and where the limiting resource gave way.
Import from LoadGen Director - a new tab under Configuration > Backup takes a Director kit made by the LoadGen Director export script. It shows a dry run with new and existing items and lets you keep, overwrite or rename each duplicate. A backup of the current configuration is taken before anything is written. Undo import restores the previous configuration. Custom ESXCollector and NutanixCollector actions from the Director link straight to a prefilled Hypervisor connection.
Mobile load profiles and monitoring profiles - Mobile is a new technology for native and hybrid Android and iOS apps through Appium on Core Agents. The load-profile wizard and the monitoring wizard gain a device and app step that checks the settings as you type. Mobile monitoring profiles run in Direct mode only. A Mobile profile runs on Core Agents prepared for mobile testing, with the LoadGen mobile engine and its toolchain installed. When a Core Agent cannot run mobile sessions, Testing > Active and Testing > Results show which agents refused and why, with a checklist. The links LoadGen Studio 2026 opens for Mobile load and monitoring profiles open the profile here. Config > Workloads shows the technology LoadGen Studio wrote into a workload.
[#9675] Fixed creating a datasource on the Testing tab of Setup > Datasources always failing with "Failed to save: Validation failed.". The In-Memory Only option stored no data, so it is no longer offered: the Testing tab offers InfluxDB, SQL Server and CSV. A refused save now names the reason after "Validation failed.". An existing In-Memory Only datasource shows an "In-Memory Only (legacy)" notice that asks for another backend.
Fixed Settings > AI Providers showing "Failed to load providers" for an organisation with LoadGen AI. The LoadGen AI row reads "No key: paid with AI Credits" and "Managed by LoadGen AI". A provider type this version does not know is shown read-only instead of breaking the list.
Fixed saving a SUT machine or a SUT profile clearing the machines' declared roles, which the Infrastructure score depends on.
Fixed a monitoring profile with a technology this version does not know emptying Monitoring > Profiles and the pages that read it. Such a profile now shows as one read-only "Unsupported" card that can still be enabled, disabled or deleted.
Windows Fat Client monitoring profiles now offer Full Agents only.
Requires the API from release 1.0.0.12596 or later.
