LoadGen Director
- 64-bit minimum Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows Server 2016 - we prefer the latest.
- Minimum Dual-Core processor.

- Citrix: Citrix Receiver 4.6 or higher (if necessary).
- Administrator account for the infrastructure to be tested is required to take stock of and collect performance counters.

LoadGen Agents
Clean machines are preferred
The LoadGen Agent will run as a service on the Windows machine. In order to launch sessions we need a user desktop session (which may be locked). The LoadGen Agent will perform the actual session login and will inject the test user sessions into the user session (on the LoadGen Agent). We advise a clean machine, machines with DUO or Imprivata installed on it will cause issues and block the LoadGen Agents processes. In case of testing Citrix environments make sure you don't have installed the SSO policies and followed this article.
