In case you receive the error The server did not return a token. You need to check the following: Double-check if you added the correct user account, password, and domain by testing if you can see Published Applications when you log in to the Citrix StoreFront environment, using a browser. Make sure you use the NetBIOS Domain name in the test users tab (i.e., use LOADGEN instead of LOADGEN.LOCAL):
